We Fares are agreed in advance and include up to 45 minutes free waiting time depending on where you are arriving in from. Due to airport regulations, we are unable to meet outside the terminal, so all meet and greets will be from a pre-agreed meeting point inside the terminal. (Therefore all fares will be plus parking)
Meeting your driver as you can appreciate, airports are big places. In general, we will meet you at the arrivals barrier just as you come out into the main arrivals hall, where your driver will be holding either a Chariot Cars sign or your own company sign.
We confirm flights prior to airport meet and greets to check for late arrivals etc although progress calls are welcome.
